On the top of the highest mountain a dark silhouette stood. Her tall slender figure was hidden under the shrouds of her long black cloak. Her yellow eyes glue from the shadows of her hood. A serious expression rested on her face. With Leo every thing was take in the highest of seriousness. As an ex ninja she had been accustomed to that kind of temperament. There was an uneasiness in the winds, she had seen unfamiliar shadows pass through the wood lands. Just as she had suspected the enemy had gathered some new faces, and had sent them out to find the new base. It was only a matter of time till they found the secret passage through the mountains, and the path through the lake. Even though Leo held Tyra’s brilliant mind in the highest of respect, she didn’t know how smart these new faces were; and she wasn’t just about to take them with a grain a salt. They had made it this far, there was no doubt they would go all the way.
For weeks Leo had been watching these unknown creatures, and how they routinely scouted the forest looking anything that could hint off clues to where the Priestess Leianera, and her guardians were hiding.
Leo’s gaze shifted, when she noticed someone new entering the forest. He looked as though he were looking up at her. Her eyes narrowed. Who is this? She thought to herself as she watched the lone figure. She didn’t like the fact that he was looking right at her. It put her senses on high. Now she really had to know who he was.
Lion-O’s curiosity was perked at the mysterious shadow who stood in the distance. “Who in the world is that?” he asked himself. He had gone out for a walk; something that Tygra had warned him not to do. He and the others had been noticing the presences of unknown beings, most likely mutants they have never seen before. But they couldn’t be sure. They wore cloaks and moved quickly, never attacking, only looking. Could that be one of them? Lion-O thought to himself. He had to know for sure. As lord of the thunder cats he felt it was up to him to figure out who these creatures were and what they were doing snooping around at night.
Leo quickly stepped out of sight. She made her way down the mountain. She moved slickly, with out a sound.
Once in the forest, she took to the trees. It didn’t take her long to find the mystery man who had been staring at her. Humm… another thunder cat? He’s a lion… I better keep an eye on him anyway. Looks can be deceiving. He could be another illusions made to fool her by the enemy. She followed him quietly. However, what Leo didn’t know was that she wasn’t the only creature watching Lion-O. Two other creatures were watching him too.
Two of the enemy’s pawns, Kali and Tori. These stray cats were assassins at heart. Kali was a marks girl and Tori a poison specialist. The two were indeed a deadly pair to encounter.
Tori silently raised up her dart gun, and slipped one of her poisonous darts in to it's barrel. She slowly raised the simple weapon to her lips, but before she could even take a breath Kali placed her hand over the weapon’s barrel. “Wait…” she said softly. “I want to know who he is?”
Tori glared at her older sister. “He’s Lion-O, the Lord of the Thunder Cat’s. He mean’s nothing but trouble!” she hissed.
“Perhaps he is… but would we want to risk having deal with his protectors?” Kali asked.
“No…”
Kali removed her hand from the barrel dart gun. “Very well…”
“And that’s why he dies tonight!” Tori hissed before shooting the poisonous dart right at Lion-O’s neck. However, ever though her aim was right Lion-O moved slightly and the dark hit his arm. The Lion flinched as a stinging pain pricked his lower arm. His eyes went wide. “What’s…” he was about to say when suddenly he felt strange, and passed out.
Leo quickly jumped out from the trees.
That was a sign for Kali and Tori to flee the scene.
Leo knelt over Lion-O. She placed her hand over his face. Good he’s not dead. She looked at his lower arm, and noticed the poisonous dart. It missed his vain my centimeter. She also noticed the sword of Omens strapped to his built. Well then… you are Lion-O…she thought to herself. There was no time to waist she picked him up and rushed off…

Here's the addition to this chapter! tell me what you thank. If you see and spelling errors that missed just PM me XD:
Leo brought Lion-O to a small clinic at the edge of the forest. It was owned by a good friend of hers, another guardian of the priestess. Her name was Tyra, she was a tigress, and was once known as one of the best doctors in Thundeara.
Tyra entered the examining room when she heard Leo come in. Her golden-brown eyes widened when she noticed Lion-O laying on her examining bed unconscious. “What happened?” she said as she examined him. She looked up at Leo.
“I found him with this dart…” replied Leo. The black leopards tone was serious as always. “I think our enemies are starting to get sloppy…”
The tigress nodded, agreeing with her friend. She sniffed the tip of dart. “Hum… just as I suspected, black thorn poisoning. Draiden has those meddling assassins working for him!” Tyra turned, and went to back into her office. She came back out with a small vile, that contained the antidote. She pulled out a small needle, and poked into the vile. She drew out thirty milligrams of the light pink liquid. She tided a black strap to Lion-O’s arm and stuck the needle into his vain. “There that should do it. I’m going to put him on a IV for a while. He’ll be as good as new in the morning.”
Leo tilted her head to the side. Her expression had not wavered from when she had entered the room. “You know we are risking a lot if he wakes up here…”
Tyra nodded. “I know. He wont be waking up here… I’ll make sure of that.” she said as she inject Lion-O with a pain reliever, so that he didn’t wake up anytime soon.
“I’ll be back in the morning to drop him back where I found him…” said Leo before leaving the clinic.
Tyra was quiet for a moment. “I better check up with the others and see how things are at the base…” she said to herself. She stepped into the privet room in the back, and walked over to the main computer. She pressed on the speaker phone, and dilled the numbers two and zero. “Chase come in, this Tyra..” she said.
Suddenly, the main screen turned on, and a male cheetah came showed on the screen. In the background there was small scuffle, and Chase looked down and muttered. “Stop it, you. No playing with the cords. I mean it Cheera!”
Tyra chuckled a little bit. “Aww the baby giving you problems.”
Chase frowned. “When are you and Leo coming back to the base?!” he asked, getting straight to the point. “Oce and Mari, don’t even lend so much as a hand with his maniac of a cub!” he griped.
“Aww, but you know Cheera loves you. And besides, that baby was entrusted to you,” Tyra replied. “So how are thing’s going where you are?”
“Well… nothing changes much. Leo’s been pretty good with keep people from getting this far,” Chase replied.
Tyra‘s expression turned serious. “Well we now know that Draiden hired Kali and Tori to do his dirty work… I can only imagine who else he has working for him.”
“How’d you find that out?” Chase asked.
“One of them tried to kill the Lord of the thunder Cats…”
“What?!” Chase said with wide eyes. “When did you come across him?”
“Leo thought he was a trespasser, and was keeping an eye on him, when Tori shot him with one of her darts,” Tyra explained.
“It’s a good thing Leo found him… So, I guess you will be getting a visit from one of his protectors? Pry it’s not you know who!”
Tyra cocked her head to side and frowned. “What exactly are you getting at, Mr.?”
“You know what I mean… hope to god that a certain tiger doesn’t pay you a visit!”
Tyra’s eye brow wrinkled a bit with annoyed frustration. “You will you be quiet! Tigra doesn’t even know I’m here and besides that… if he did he would do well to keep away from me!” she snapped. The tigress sighed and relaxed her composure. “Anyway, Tigra wouldn’t have a reason to come here. Leo’s going to take care of Lion-O in the morning before he wakes up… so I doubt we will have any entanglements with any of Lion-O’s protectors…”
“Ahh, makes since.” suddenly the screen went black and that meant only one thing, Cheera had unplugged the communicator. Tyra sighed and shook her head. “That little cheetah cub is going to burn the place down one of these days…” she said softly before getting up to check on Lion-O.
