Mummrana: Re-Imagined
Ok, here is the b/w version of my redesign for Mummrana. It might not be that great.. I dunno... However, it is a FAR cry from the absolutely SCARY original. First off I toned down her steriod pumped muscles (while still leaving her bigger than most females I draw.) Also, I got rid of her helmet.. I'm sorry people but that thing was just ridiculous! I did however, keep the bird-theme and made it into a headband/tiara instead (toning down the dove considerably.) I think this is more elegant and looks better. I continued with the bird motif in her boots. Lastly, I know that Mummrana never used weapons on the show.. but I figured i wanted to go for a Warrior/Goddess type looke for her. (also, I figured that after having been attacked by all kinds of assailants.. Mummrana decided maybe *especially against Mumm-Ra* She should encorporate a weapon. Of course she'd only use this in the most dangerous of situations. Kind of a last resort sort of deal. So... without further delay, here she is: The new (b/w version) Mummrana:
