Moved some Topics
I started looking at the forum and saw that it was just a bit cluttered so I've moved some things around. The Chat Room can now be found under Shout Box and Chat Room(Formerly known as just Shout Box). To enter, look immdiately above the Shout Box and click on the blue writing then find Chat Room. The link is the same so just click on it and you are in. I also moved the Ranking guide to Rules and Regs. Just seemed to fit there. This probably won't be the last changes I make around here but I promise that you will not be kept in the dark. I will always keep you up to date.
